Arati Puvvu Pesarapappu Koora - Banana Flower with Green Gram Curry

1.Arati puvvu
2.Moong dal
4.Chana dal
5.Urad dal
6.Mustard seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Dry red chilllies
12.Cashew nuts
13.Coriander leaves
14.Tamarind juice
15.Curry leaves


1.Take a pan pour some oil and heat it.
2.Add chana dal 1 tbsp,urad dal 1 tbsp,mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp,cumin seeds 1/2 tbsp,pinch of inguva,dry red chillies 2-3 saute for few minutes.
3.Add green chillies,curry leaves,arati puvvu chopped finely 1 bowl and mix well.
4.Add turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp and mix well,add 4-5 tbsp moong dal,some water as we needed.
5.Cover and cook for few minutes,add salt to taste,tamarind juice 2 tbsp and give it a good mix.
6.Cover and cook for another five minutes till done.Transfer into a bowl,garnish with coriander leaves,cashew nuts.Serve hot.
