Velagapandu Teeya Pachadi - Sweet Wood Apple Chutney
Break open the fruit
Take the fruit from the inside & discard the outer shell.
Put it in a Large bowl & add Salt, Little Turmeric Powder.
Keep it aside.
Taalimpu / Tadka / Popu
Mustard Seeds - Aavalu
Asafoetida - Inguva - Hing
Red Chillies - Endu Mirapakayalu - Laal Mirchi
Fenugreek seeds
Refined Oil
Pour some oil in pan, Heat it & and add the Mustard seeds, Asafoetida, Fenugreek Seeds. Last should be Red Chillies. Fry till the mustard seeds start splitting.
let it cool down.
Add Green Chillies & corriander to the tadka and grind it well.
Now add powdered jaggery & the fruit pulp kept aside & grind it again.

Great to have with Hot Steam Rice & Ghee.
