1 cup Yellow Moong(Pasiparuppu)
11/4 cup Powdered Jaggery
1/4 cup ghee
1/4 tsp elaichi powder
Dry-roast Yellow Moong till badami colour.cool it for sometime.
Grind them into a slightly coarse powder.Not very fine powder.
Add elaichi powder,powdered jaggery into the grounded moong dal.
Heat ghee and add the ghee into the mixture.
Make small balls out of it.
Moongdal ladoo is ready.
